Members, we’ve noticed that it is difficult to remember who you’re supposed to notify when you schedule a club activity, speaker, or other event.
To make it easier, you can now email the information to: firstname.lastname@example.org
This address will forward your information to the webmaster and the PR chair, who will send it farther, if/when needed.

P.S. Those folks get downright giddy when you include not only date, time and speaker information, but also a web address and/or a photo or two. Make their day!
